After nearly 33 years, Popper & Yatvin will be closing its doors on December 31st, 2020. Though we are sad to see this day come, we are also looking forward to our next chapters.
Howard Popper is retiring from the practice of law. After nearly four decades as a trial attorney, Howard is looking forward to taking some time off, spending time with family and his dogs and, as soon as things improve, catching up on some long overdue travel.
Alan Yatvin will be joining the law firm of Greenblatt, Pierce, Funt and Flores, LLC (GPFF) as a partner. He will co-chair the firm’s Civil Rights department. GPFF is a full-service law firm offering individuals assistance in virtually all areas of criminal, employment, personal injury, civil rights, and family law. The firm has three offices in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Alan also plans to catch up on cancelled travel.
Megan Springfield Chamberlain, our administrative assistant for the past ten years, will be joining Alan at GPFF.
Alan and Megan will continue to be available to serve Popper & Yatvin’s clients. As of January 1st, they can be reached through the firm’s website www.gpfflaw.com. This blog will find a new home on GPFF’s website, where Alan will continue his Observations on legal sundry.
We thank all the clients and colleagues who have supported us over the years and trusted us to care for their legal needs.
